I called on a Saturday and asked for one hour and they were very accommodating. Got me in within an hour. I’m not sure the person who gave me a massage is actually a licensed masseuse? The first 20min was a bit uncomfortable. There was really no massage, it was more she was just pinching my skin. I had to stop and ask her to use some kind of oil or lotion. To actually massage. I also had to ask for a sheet to cover myself and was given a thick towel. once she started using the oil the massage did get much better. There was no foot massage at all. My calves were also not massaged. The facility was nice , extremely clean, but the room was very hot , I should have asked her to turn down the portable heater. It was very dry and very warm. However, the woman was extremely kind. The language barrier was difficult, but we were able to text to communicate. I may go back. The price was very reasonable, and I did tip her well but I was very disappointed in the technique. Also Cash only, wasn’t prepared for that. I rarely carry cash. Had to stop at bank machine. I don’t think this was a “professional” massage. But I will give another chance Update to reply- Thank you for your response. Cash payment is not a problem, but you should post that on your website so people are aware. I understand credit cards fees are high. Also the massage was ok Not bad -but not great either. I think some training needs to be done. You advertise as KONG COMFORT FOOT yet no foot massage was given. No ending relaxation. Also no calming music to relax to. These things are important for a good experience.
